AVERAGE DAYS ON MARKET:
? 71 days (+1.4% from last year)
? 798 (+13.4% from last month)
? 873 (+3.31% from last month)
? The holiday housing market is on its way! On the whole, the Ventura County market is looking much as it did this time last year, with a slight dip in prices and a lift in sold listings.
