? $718k (-2.5% from last year)
AVERAGE DAYS ON MARKET:
? 73 days (+10.6% from last year)
? 704 (-15.3% from last month)
? 845 (-10.4% from last month)
? The fall market is officially underway! Inventory (or the number of available homes on the market) has decreased sharply, but prices remain relatively strong. That said, interest rates have been vacillating a little in the last couple weeks. What might this mean for you? Reach out anytime!
