Housing Market Update: August 2019
It’s a brand new month and you know what that means – time for another snapshot of the housing market here in Ventura County, CA!

AVERAGE SALES PRICE:
🔑 $759k (+5.4% from last year)
AVERAGE DAYS ON MARKET:
🔑 70 days (+16.7% from last year)
🔑 850 (+7.5% from last month)
🔑 1,129 (+3.5% from last month)
🔑 After a slightly quieter beginning of the summer, things seem to be picking up a bit, with significantly more home sales in the last month. Interest rates have remained low and housing prices are still nice and strong, but homes are taking longer to sell than this time last year. What does this mean for you? Give us a call!
